An Office Blessing

Dallas Maids - An Office Blessing

Colossians 3:23

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”

Dallas Maids’ Office Blessing

When was the last time you blessed your office?

Cleaning homes is a tough job. Our cleaning crews are on their hands and knees, scrubbing toilets and mopping floors while our office staff feverishly work hard aiding our cleaners in anyway possible so our cleaning crews can focus on their job: making customers’ homes sparkle!

Though when not providing the best maid service in Dallas, our professional house cleaners are often at the office. In the morning they meet for breakfast. After a hard day’s work, they may meet to socialize and relax a bit (especially on Fridays!)

Therefore we want plenty of positive energy at Dallas Maids’ office.

We want them to feel the office is their second home, their sanctuary; a place to relax from a hard days work and before running home to take care of their families; another tough job!

Enlisting holy help felt right. After all, God is THE source of positive energy.

Blessing Our Office

I thank Father Will Brown and Father Paul Wheatley of The Church of The Holy Cross who took time today to bless our office. As they wandered from room to room, praying and splashing holy water (even I got wet), it felt lighter, more peaceful.

I thank God for blessing us with wonderful workers who make Dallas Maids what it is: The best house cleaning service in Dallas! From when I started till today, things seemed to magically come together to make Dallas Maids a success. It was like an invisible hand guiding the right people, the right opportunities, the right events to happen when we most needed them. Feels like predestination.

May Dallas Maids have many years making life easier for our awesome customers, as well as providing a good livelihood for our valued people. It has been an absolute joy providing house cleaning to Dallas. Thank all of you!

The Worker’s Prayer

Lord, I thank you for this job and
the blessings it provides.
May you watch over me this day
and keep me safe from harm.
Create in me a willing spirit
and happy heart.
Grant me the ambition to work hard
and give me the strength to finish
what I have started.
May my hands always be prepared
to help lighten another’s load.
And finally, Lord, remind me that
the quality of my work is a reflection
of you to those around me.

Amen.
