The founder of Dallas Maids, LLC, has been selected to ISSA Residential Cleaning Council. The Association of Residential Cleaning Services, International (ARCSI) a division of ISSA, was established to assist residential cleaning service owners and professionals in starting, promoting, building and expanding their businesses.
ARCSI is committed to providing valuable information to ensure the growth and development of our members’ businesses. ARCSI merged with ISSA in January 2017 to become ARCSI, a Division of ISSA.
Mr. Shepard looks forward to contributing his knowledge and helping fellow business owners succeed.

ISSA appoints six new members to the 2023-2024 ISSA Residential Cleaning Council, which represents the residential segment of ISSA’s membership

ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, is pleased to announce the appointment of six new members to the 2023-24 ISSA Residential Cleaning Council, which represents the residential segment of the ISSA’s membership.
The newly selected members of the ISSA Residential Cleaning Council include:
- Stacey, A Beautiful Day Cleaning, Rogers, Ark.
- Libby, Organize It SWFL, Lehigh Acres, Fla.
- Beth, Cornerstone Cleaning, Fallston, Md.
- Greg, Dallas Maids, Dallas, Texas
- Lee, Two Maids of Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach, Va.
- Dominique, C&C Cleaning Services, Kokomo, Ind.
They join the continuing ISSA Residential Cleaning Council members Jill Barclay of Goldstar Cleaning Services, Fernie, British Columbia, Canada; Jeannie Henderson of Jeannie Cleaning, Portage, Mich.; and Bruce Vance of Town & Country Services, Pittsboro, N.C.
Henderson will continue to serve as chair of the ISSA Residential Cleaning Council. In addition, Vicki Brown of Harmony Clean Inc., Doylestown, Pa., and Pete Glavas of Maid Brigade of Alexandria, Alexendria, Va., have been selected as members of ISSA Residential’s Emeritus Council.
“This is going to be a great year for ISSA Residential as we welcome our six new council members,” said Henderson. “There is much that we can accomplish with all the energy and expertise in our new larger group. Our ISSA Residential Cleaning Council has set our sights on growing our community and helping our members to get even more value from their ISSA membership as they connect, innovate, and grow their businesses.”
