Dallas Maids - Covid19

Your health is priority #1 for us during this COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken significant measure to protect you and our staff during the pandemic.

I’m happy to report staff are diligently following our safety protocols and none have become ill due to Covid-19.

Covid-19 Update Summary

We all know the basic Covid-19 safety measures. However, as cleaning experts who visit peoples’ homes all the time, we need to be extra careful.

This includes additional protocols, such as sanitizing all potential contact surfaces. There’s a lot of them in your home! You just don’t usually notice them.

These include: handles, knobs, light switches, arm rests, railings, remotes, and faucet handles. Of course, we will also pay extra attention to countertops and other flat surfaces.

We also have to carry gloves and hand sanitizer everywhere. And most importantly: wash your hands, wash your hands, and wash your hands again!

Last but not least, we have very strict protocols if we notice that a) any of our employees is feeling sick or b) any of our clients appear to be sick (with coronavirus or flu-like symptoms).

The complete list for our Covid-19 protocols are outlined in Dallas Maids’ Coronavirus & Flu Policies and Procedures. Please share these procedures with any business that may find them useful to protect their customers and staff. We are all in this together.
